Re-start

I used to write a blog for many years and stopped doing so a few years ago as social media networks took over. Today I want to start again, share my thoughts and fragments of moments lived in this old-fashioned format. Blogging always gave me the possibility to be spontaneous, free to share without the constraints of social media. So here, to a new beginning.

Something I read once, a long time ago. I can’t seem to recall who wrote it.

“Like a pointillist painting by Seurat, your life is made up of many small details that add up to something lovely. But as with that painting, what you see when you focus closely is a bunch of unrelated pieces. Take a step back, and things will fall into place -- you'll see that the complete picture is distinctively beautiful.”
